Name of job for researching/developing new, cleaner, and more efficient energy sources or materials?
What is the name for this job? Someone who creates "green" forms of energy and materials for mass usage. Like developing solar panels or ways to capture wind energy. Or like creating "green" houses that use very little energy.

Engineering tends to be field and depending on the type of energy source it could be mechanical, civil, electrical, chemical, or environmental.
